echos of spirit dance

As a follow up to the work started with "The Elements" on the 19th of Oct. at the American Centre with the wonderful Aziza (NY), Arianna Economou will be continuing the same theme at a workshop on MON the 19th of November. This 3 hour workshop will look at the elements of nature: "Air, Water, Fire and Earth" through a mental and physical approach to movement, voice, speaking and dance, whereby through improvisation we will explore the energies as we embody the elements and the feelings and states of mind that arise, with the objective to detail perception and expand awareness. The workshop is addressed to actors, dancers, musicians and ALL those interested in creativity and expression through movement, as well as the body, sound and the body’s language as a tool of expression.

Addressed to all interested , choreographers, dancers , musicians , artists, theatre people , men and women, and all who love to dance.
